Mark Hartman is a photographer based outside of Chicago and brings both his eye for detail and keen sense of humor to every shoot he does. It was after stints in advertising agencies, building brands for a number of companies, that Mark's love for commercial photography began. Over the years he worked with a number of accomplished photographers behind the scenes and eventually picked up the camera himself, putting much of what he learned in advertising to work for his clients.
Currently, Mark's primary photography focus is with product and food related brands and restaurants, with recent advertising and in-store display work for Bahama Breezes, Native Foods Cafe, El Bandido Yankee Tequila, G4 Tequila, MealVillage, Anheuser Busch and Purina Foods.
Additionally, his work has appeared in Chicago Tribune, LA Weekly, MarthaStewartLiving.com, Vegan News, and Fender Bender magazine to name a few. When not behind the lens, you can find Mark trying out different restaurants, exploring new whiskey or cooking at home.
